Not enough Christians...

Battles are really slowing down now that VIP is done. :thumbdown:

Yes, W4 has slowed considerably. Part of this is the demise of VIP's battles every two days. Most orders care about winning, and so they won't declare that often. Some probably could and could still win, but some of us have to hire 80k in mercs if we want even a 50-50 chance of winning. Battles are no fun when they are lopsided, so we have no choice to take a long time between fights. If someone wants to start another order or two that declares lots of random battles, doesn't have allies, and doesn't care about winning, then we'll have more battles. These battles won't matter for anything but fun, but isn't that why we're here?

The other reason, though, that battles have dried up is because the number of players has dried up. A lot of people quit when GAS introduced the new ticket system, and while many top-level accounts got taken over by new owners, many of those people previously had lower level accounts. Fewer players overall means fewer battles. So, a special thanks to GAS for making the game boring. :thumbdown:
